GUARANTEE
We guarantee each puppy to be a full-blooded puppy, able to register with
AKC or ACA, of whom we are in good standing. Upon execution of this
contract, the seller does hereby convey title and interest in the above
described puppy to the buyer.
Each puppy is pet quality. We do not guarantee Show quality. It is the
buyer’s responsibility to take their puppy to their licensed vet within 48
hours of taking possession of the puppy. If possession occurs on
weekend or Holiday, the buyer shall have another twenty-four hours to have
the puppy examined. If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening
congenital defect at this exam or within 1 year of the date of purchase, a
replacement puppy or a purchase price refund will be given. This is
provided the buyer contacts Tom or Margie Phillips within twenty-four
hours of the exam, and the puppy is promptly returned to Margies Pets with
a signed statement from the vet stating the defect or problem. All
documents given at the time of purchase must be returned with the puppy.
Margies Pets will send another puppy or a refund upon verification of the
problem by our licensed vet. Under no circumstances will Margies Pets be
responsible for vet or medical bills incurred.
If shipment is to be by airline Margie or Tom will arrange shipping. Margie
or Tom will deliver your puppy to the airline in a suitable crate with food
and water.
The buyer agrees to take good care of thier new puppy. food, water,
medical treatment, and regular vaccinations for the rest of this puppy’s
natural life. If for some reason the buyer cannot provide a permanent home
for this dog, Margies Pets will accept the dog back, but the buyer is not
entitled to any refund of money or expenses.
This contract is valid for the original purchaser only, upon transfer of this
dog to another person this contract becomes null and void. In any event,
the buyer will be responsible for the cost of transporting the dog back to
the breeder.
